Resolutions

In issues where the Stewards have taken a specific stand, or recommended a specific set of actions, a Resolution is drafted that clearly states that position or recommended action. Resolutions involve one topic, and each one has a clearly delineated recommended action. Resolutions adopted by the Stewards are generally taken to the annual convention of the Michigan United Conservation Clubs for discussion and possible adoption by that statewide organization. However, there will be instances in which the MRS adopts a Resolution that either is not submitted to MUCC, or which is not supported by MUCC. Resolutions adopted by the Stewards represent our stance on an issue regardless of whether other organizations sign on.
